Our Story

Back in 2011, just a few years after we opened our agency we received a call from a real estate consultant. He had been hired by the lender of a local multi-family development whose sales had stalled out. They wanted him to come in, turn the project around and get it sold.

When we met, he explained what marketing had been done previously and how he wanted to do something drastically different to gain some attention and sell the remaining units.

So we developed a plan that would help build awareness for the development and create a stream of new leads for the salesperson on site.

After implementing the new marketing framework, the development’s sales took off and the building was sold out within a few months.

The program worked so well, the real estate consultant referred us to a local production home builder he knew. “You HAVE to take a look at their program.”

The Vice President of the production builder was retiring in a couple of years and wanted to leave behind a legacy. He wanted the company to become the highest volume builder in their market.

We implemented the same framework we used on the development project and within two years, that builder went on to become the highest volume builder in the entire province of Alberta, Canada.

Over the last decade, we’ve continued to refine and improve the framework. Now the Growth Engine Framework™ is the engine driving many top homebuilders across North America.
